BY PLACING AN ORDER, YOU AGREE TO AND UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND POLICIES:

- We can ship worldwide, as long as USPS provides service to the destination country. Please check and make sure that USPS can ship to your country before ordering!
- Once we, the shipper, have taken it to the post office, it is no longer in our control if the package gets lost.
- For international orders, we declare the package as Merchandise unless you, the customer, specifically request it to be marked as a Gift. We determine the declared value based on the total amount of the customer’s purchase. If you would like us to declared a different amount let us know. Customers are fully responsible for any import tax when receiving the goods.
- Processing time is anywhere between 1 - 3 week (Pre-order will take longer!)
- All sales are FINAL and no returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted.
- If there are incorrect or missing items in your order, we will try our best to fix the error; provided we are contacted right away. You have one month to reach out.
- We will redeliver any order that was sent back, but you must pay shipping again.
- Trading/reselling is okay, however do not buy our items to just trade/resell them.
- DO NOT trading/reselling our items the first 3 month after received getting them. If there was a prior agreement on trading an combin item, then it's fine.
- DO NOT resell our items at a higher price.
- This is for all my items including our monthly pin club!

- Update on preorder items will be post on Project update and on our IG (rsenic_rin)
- Any items purchased with a preorder items will automatically be shipped out with the pre-order items. If you wished to have the in hands shipped out first, purchase the item separately from the pre-order.
- Preorder items can take anywhere from 1-4 month.
- Once preorder is closed, there're a chances for in hand extras. Please keep in mind extras are very limited.
- Pin club is a subscription for people who want to collect a lot of designs and receive extra perks. The way my pin club works is there is a pin design every month. Sign up by the end of the month for that month's pin design. Example: you want July's design, and sign up by the end of July!
- To avoid being billed for the next month (if you do not want next month pin), you should cancel your PIN Club membership at least a day before your monthly renewal date (the date you originally joined). For example, if you joined on the 12th of a month, cancel by the 11th to prevent the next charge.
- I’m unable to provide refunds if a cancellation is made after your billing date has passed. Please make sure to cancel your membership before your next billing cycle to avoid any unwanted charges.
